The second part of them is meant to be used on big writings, as titles for your site or things like that. if you try them on small text the result is pretty messy.
You can of course use them for web buttons as well.

HOW TO LOAD THEM?
It's really simple: you should just paste the file in
C>> Program>> Adobe>> Preset>> Styles
